Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures are the oldest, continuous cultures in the world, having existed in Australia for at least 65,000 years. We believe that it is important to represent these cultures accurately and respectfully in our curriculum.

Our content has been reviewed by the Koorie Heritage Trust. Their review suggested some minor changes to tasks that incorporate content that relates to the cultures of the First Peoples of Australia and we have made these changes in response to their feedback.
