MAPPEN is an Australian-owned and operated business. Our experienced team are passionate educators whose mission is to support teachers by providing exemplary learning sequences and by utilising skills and strategies that support the development of 21st Century skills.

Through their work with teachers in schools, our founders Amanda McCallum and Karen Green identified that teachers simply don’t have the time to create and resource meaningful engaging learning sequences that cover the mandated curriculum.

So in 2015, with the support of brothers Danny and Mark Ritterman, the team set out to create a world-first concept-based curriculum resource.

Since its launch in August 2015, MAPPEN has grown to support more than 350 schools across every state and territory and is constantly evolving in response to emerging needs and evidence-based, best-practice pedagogy.

The development of MAPPEN content, and its efficacy as a platform, has always been and will continue to be, a partnership with schools and teachers.
