MAPPEN units are designed to be used and modified by primary teachers working in every public, private and Catholic school in Australia.

We have detailed and downloadable documentation outlining how every unit addresses the mandated learning areas.

View the Australian Curriculum V9 maps below for our Concept-based and Science units at each stage.

Australian Curriculum V9

Content from the following areas of the Australian Curriculum is addressed at each level:

  • Science

  • Technologies (Design and Technologies)

  • The Humanities and Social Sciences

  • Personal, Social and Community Health

  • Critical and Creative Thinking

  • Ethical Understanding

  • Intercultural Understanding

  • Personal and Social Capability

Where appropriate, we have made links to some of the content in the Digital Technologies Curriculum and the Digital Literacy Capability. However, how all aspects of digital technology are addressed depends on the availability of resources and school-based systems.

We have also developed strong connections to the Cross-Curriculum Priorities:

  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Histories and Cultures
